2020 All Scout Nano Technology event March 14th Northwestern University- Sign up info below.

Posted on Feb 3 2020 - 10:25am

Hi leaders of Aptakisic and Potawatomi districts,

I’m an ASM with Troop 309 in Lake Zurich and the long-time organizer of the Scout Nano Event at Northwestern. T-309 started this STEM event with NU in 2003 – when nanotechnology was still small. Over the last 17 years we have hosted 1,600 Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts, including many Boy Scouts from northern Cook county. Northwestern does a fantastic job with our Scouts and those who participate in it will experience much to remember and think about as they make future life choices.

If you meet your goal on the night of the presentation, we get 5% of the total dollars raised deposited back into your unit account at the Scout Shop AND free rank advancement patches through May 15, 2021. If we don't meet our goal that night, the amount given back drops to 3%.
